Angela Hull

Chair of the Transition Heriot-Watt Steering Group

Angela has a longstanding interest in resource efficiency and sustainability and has worked on a number of behaviour change projects helping other organisations try new approaches. It’s a pleasure working with all young people in the THW team here on the campus, but it also brings the responsibility for our own resource use much closer to home.

Lorraine Corbett

Development Officer, food

My Mum’s homemade soup and my Gran’s baking started my interest in simple but delicious home cooking and travels after college opened up a new world of customs and ingredients.  After a degree in Environmental Science, cookery jobs ranging from a boat in the Caribbean, to making breakfasts in Orkney my interest in food and the environment are firmly embedded in my life. Marketing and change project work in the higher education sector brought me to cookery tutoring for various charities and now having worked an allotment for over ten years I can’t recall a time when I didn’t read food labels or wonder whether slugs, rain or storms might get my produce this year.

Kelly Murray

Development Officer, Cycling

I joined Transition Heriot Watt in June 2012. I have worked on various cycling projects in London and Newcastle, and have other experience in arts and conservation work. I am normally found with my bottom glued to a saddle and two feet to pedals.

Kevin McDonald

Part-Time Development Officer
